Ready, Steady, Go!

Get ready everyone as Comme des Garcons collaboration with H & M hits the stores in the morning!
I'm not even sure if any stores in Edinburgh are getting the collection so for me it's more time in bed before work which is always a bonus. I was however quite take with this jacket.It would work great with a number of of my favorite things and probably make me look again at some stuff I haven't worn in a while. Nevermind I have plans to track down a similar one, who knows what's out there.
Good luck to anyone who is going, as it can sometime get a little crazy at these things. I hope you come away with what you went for.

Rainbow Brights

I'm an absolute sucker for a basic t-shirt so I don't know why it has taken me so long to find out about LnA! The brand was founded by partners Lauren Alexander and April Leight in California after they came together over a love of wearing their boyfriends tee's. They decided that their boyfriends tee's were not fitted enough to flatter their bodies and so LnA was born.
After browsing their sight I'm in love with their rainbow of colours and the different styles that are available. As well as all their tee's the also have vest tops, dresses and leggings, my wish list just grows and grows!
So far I've only found them on Bunnyhug but with Harvey Nichols said to be stocking them soon I should be able to look at them pretty soon.

Halloween is one of my favorite time of year as everyone gets the opportunity to dress up as anything they want. This year I really wanted to go as a witch but with no funds at lots of things to buy it was out of my reach.
 I had to get creative as I had £5 to make my costume! Looking through my wardrobe I realised to I owned alot of black and with very little money I would be able to make a cat costume. In the end I only spent £3.50 what a bargin! I bought some material and a head band and that was all I needed, after one night of sewing I had myself some ears and a tail.
I'm sure if I had had more money I would have come up with a more elaborate outfit but for the little money that I spent I was quite pleased.
